Welcome
I’m Emily Konstantinidis.
This space is rooted in my own lived experience of learning to take life one day at a time choosing self-love, healing, and presence over pressure and perfection.
For much of my life, I struggled with disconnection, low self-worth, and the impact of childhood trauma and addiction. Over time, through over 20 years of personal healing work including therapy, recovery, and deep inner reflection I began to slowly rebuild my relationship with myself.
Healing has not been linear. It has been a process of returning to myself again and again, one day at a time.
Alongside this journey, I trained in Reiki (Level 1 and 2), studied somatic and energy-based approaches, and explored the practices that helped me move from simply surviving to feeling more grounded, present, and connected.

In this space, I bring together the tools, practices, and experiences that have supported my own healing through Reiki, somatic work, recovery, and lived experience.
What has helped me, I now offer in the hope that it may support you too.
🌿 My Approach
I don’t believe healing is about being fixed. I believe it’s about learning how to come back to yourself with more compassion, awareness, and care.
Through Reiki, self-love practices, and gentle support, I hold space for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change.
